Thermoformed industrial components
Thermoforming produces lightweight three-dimensional guards and panels in large sizes. Compared with fabrication from multiple flat parts, it can provide a continuous, attractive surface while reducing the number of joints.
Machining after forming
The formed part is machined in a separate process. CNC machining produces holes, recesses, ventilation grilles and the final outline. For large three-dimensional components, we use 5-axis centres with working envelopes up to 4000 × 2600 × 1300 mm.
Designed for specific operating conditions
Material choice depends on the enclosure's function, mechanical requirements, appearance and operating environment. During design, we help select the polymer, geometry, sheet thickness, mounting method and finish.
