Information supplied in enquiries
If you contact MARTEX by phone or email, the information you provide is used to handle your enquiry, prepare a response and discuss the project and, if we work together, fulfil the order and legal obligations.
Technical data and analytics
With your consent, local analytics measures page views, anonymous sessions and events such as phone, email, project-enquiry and gallery clicks. It records information including the date and activity time, page path, landing and exit pages, referring domain, UTM tags, device category, operating system, browser and site language. Random visitor and session identifiers are created in browser storage; the server stores pseudonymised hashes of those identifiers. A session identifier is renewed after 30 minutes of inactivity and the analytics identifier after 180 days of inactivity. Visitor IP addresses and full referring URLs are not stored in analytics files. The analytics tracker may also record the device time zone and browser language. The private statistics panel can use these values only to indicate an approximate country or market; it does not attempt to determine a city or precise location. No GeoIP database or external geolocation service is used for this purpose, and visitor IP addresses are not stored in analytics files. Analytics processing is based on consent; refusing or withdrawing consent stops further collection. Detailed session records containing pseudonymised identifiers are automatically deleted after no more than approximately 13 months; aggregated reports without visitor or session identifiers may be retained longer for comparative analysis. Google Analytics remains disabled until configured by the administrator.
