Developing our capabilities since 1994
Since 1994, we have consistently expanded our machinery and technological capabilities so that as many stages of a project as possible can be completed in one place. Our goal is to provide a complete route — from the initial idea and design, through prototyping, to finished components in both short runs and series production.
Technologies in one facility
Our machinery includes thermoforming equipment with different working ranges, 3-axis and 5-axis CNC centres, membrane thermoforming equipment and a paint shop. Our design office complements the production facilities and allows us to support customers from the concept stage and prepare designs for manufacturing.
From design to finished component
Combining these technologies allows us to manage projects consistently — from design development and material selection, through mould manufacture and thermoforming, to CNC machining, finishing and assembly. Individual stages can be delivered as a complete process or as standalone services.
From small parts to large thermoformed components
Our machinery includes thermoforming machines and CNC centres with different working envelopes. Maximum forming format reaches 2450 × 1710 mm, with a maximum forming height of 720 mm. Our largest 5-axis machining envelope is 4000 × 2600 × 1300 mm.
Design and manufacturing partnership
We work both from customer-supplied documentation and on projects that need design support. Our involvement can cover a single operation or the entire process from concept to finished part.
