Large-format tooling models
We manufacture large tooling models and moulds for thermoforming, composite lay-up and other processes using CNC centres with large working envelopes.

Large tooling models in a single setup
A large working envelope reduces the need to divide a model into smaller sections. Depending on geometry, we can manufacture models approaching the maximum machining dimensions of 4000 × 2600 × 1300 mm.
Applications for models and moulds
Finished models can serve as tooling for thermoforming, composite lay-up or subsequent production operations. We select the manufacturing method and material according to the application, surface requirements and expected number of uses.
Five axes for complex geometry
5-axis machining makes it easier to produce deep surfaces at varying angles. This is particularly useful for three-dimensional moulds and models that would be difficult to manufacture on a conventional 3-axis machine.
