Enclosures and covers for ventilation and air-conditioning equipment

Thermoforming produces three-dimensional panels, covers and enclosure components in different sizes. We match geometry and material to the component's function and assembly method.

Thermoforming and material selection

We process thermoplastic sheets from 1 to 10 mm thick. Depending on project requirements, we can select ABS, ABS/PMMA, polycarbonate or another material suited to the application.

CNC machining, holes and finishing

After thermoforming, we produce the final outline, holes, cut-outs and mounting features on CNC centres. Depending on the project, bonding, assembly and painting are also available.
