Enclosures ready for electronics assembly
Electronics enclosures require repeatable hole positioning, service access and suitable component mounting. After thermoforming, we CNC-machine openings for connectors, screens, buttons, ventilation grilles and other functional features.
Designed around the device interior
It is best to develop an enclosure alongside the electronics. We help plan the division of the enclosure into separate parts, mounting points, component access and geometry suitable for stable thermoforming, reducing later changes and shortening the route to a finished prototype.
Series production and product revisions
Holes and some functional features can be produced in a separate CNC operation, making it easier to introduce product revisions without rebuilding the main mould each time. This is useful for products developed iteratively and produced in different batch sizes.
Internal flame-retardant polycarbonate covers
We also manufacture covers, partitions and protective electronics components from flame-retardant polycarbonate. Depending on device requirements, the geometry can be prepared for thermoforming, CNC machining from sheet, or a combination of both.
