PLEXI / PMMA
Acrylic (PMMA) fabrication
We fabricate acrylic (PMMA) components using milling, bending, bonding and polishing, depending on their geometry and intended use.

Capabilities
- CNC milling of acrylic (PMMA)
- Bending and bonding
- Edge and surface polishing as required
- Technical and visual components
PMMA as a transparent material
Acrylic (PMMA) is used where transparency, appearance and sheet-based fabrication matter. The material can be machined, joined and finished to suit a specific project.
Machining and part preparation
We use CNC to produce profiles, holes, recesses and other geometrical features. Depending on the project, bending and bonding can also be used to build a finished component from several parts.
Surface finishing
Polishing is used where an edge or surface needs a clearer, more attractive finish. The scope of finishing depends on geometry and the required visual quality.
Visible surfaces and assembly requirements
For a PMMA component quotation, please include a dimensioned drawing, sheet thickness and colour, and quantity. Mark edges that require polishing, joint locations and mounting holes. If the part interfaces with other components, identify functional dimensions and required fits. These details help define machining and finishing requirements for the application.
