Selected Solid Surface materials
We work with mineral-acrylic Solid Surface sheets, with Kerrock used particularly often in our projects. We also process Corian, Hi-Macs and Staron. The manufacturing route is selected to suit the specific material, thickness and part geometry.
Manufacturing to the design
Parts may require machining, edge preparation, joining and other operations. At MARTEX, we define the scope from the documentation and required final result.
Design support
If a project requires geometry changes to suit machining capabilities or division into parts, we can help prepare the production documentation.
Information for a quotation
Please send a dimensioned drawing, the sheet brand and specific colour or finish, material thickness, quantity and expectations for edges and joints. For larger installations, part division, transport and assembly also matter. Material availability and the feasibility of individual details are confirmed for each project.
