Efficient machining of flat parts and simpler 3D shapes
Not every part needs five axes. For flat components, sheets and geometries accessible from one side, 3-axis machining is a straightforward and efficient solution. We select 5-axis machining where the geometry requires tool access from different angles.
Moulds, models and components
We use 3-axis machines to produce moulds, models and technical components. Operations can include profiles, recesses, holes, surfaces and other features specified in the product documentation.
Machines with different working envelopes
MARTEX operates 3-axis machines with different working envelopes. We select the machine according to the size, material and required operation, allowing flexible production planning.
