The enclosure as part of the product
In medical and rehabilitation equipment, the enclosure has a technical function but is also a key visible part of the product. Its design therefore considers manufacturing and assembly alongside surface quality, the division of the enclosure into separate parts and the overall visual design.
Precision machining after thermoforming
After forming, we CNC-machine holes, recesses and outlines for accurate positioning of controls, screens, handles and joints. We use 5-axis machining for complex geometries and 3-axis centres for suitable parts.
Design and manufacture in one process
We can support a project from the first enclosure concept through mould and prototype preparation to series production. We adapt the scope to whether the customer has complete documentation, a 3D model or initial functional requirements.
